Our experience:
Mitchell’s Place entered our lives after Louis had been asked to leave three schools. By then, we were not looking for perfection. We were looking for people who could understand our child without treating him like a problem to be managed.
Both of my sons have received services at Mitchell’s Place. It gave them support, structure, and people who recognized their strengths. It also gave our family something we badly needed at the time: a place where we did not have to explain everything before we could be understood.
